The SAFe City Simulation is a free, self-facilitated workshop that allows teams to experience the power of the SAFe PI cycle and the impact of mid-range agile planning.
First developed in 2013, SAFe City has been played thousands of times. It's an ideal launchpad for introducing executives to WSJF and inspiring commitment to formally implementing it.
